How can I track my order?
- Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to retrieve tracking and shipping information.
What is your return policy?
- We do not offer returns due to the handmade and fine-art aspect of creating our products, whether physical or digital. If a product is damaged in transit, please email us at support@delasoulart.com for resolution details, please note that damage caused by our 3rd third shipping couriers are out of our control. All in all, each order support return case will be accessed by order basis, with some exceptions.
How long does shipping take?
- We understand that you’re excited to receive your new De La Soul Art. Our processing/order packing takes 1-3 days, hereafter, our standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the United States. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the product’s availability and your location. Rest assured, we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Fine-Art Canvases: Although shipping of fine-art canvases are securely packaged, mistakes happen between 3rd party couriers that are out of our control, therefore, there may be a secondary option to add shipping insurance before shipping fine-art canvases to minimize any damage that could be caused by 3rd party couriers. Shipping times can vary.
Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes, we offer international shipping! We believe that everyone should have access to our wide range of De La Soul Art fine-art products. Please note that international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping, depending on your location. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
